This 8.50 x 11.00 inch pencil illustration on 3 ply Bristol Board of WWII B-24 “Tail Gunner”, S/Sgt. Dwight C. Finfrock. He served in the Mediterranean Theater of Operations with the 15th Air Force during WWII. He enlisted in February 24, 1942 and was honorably discharge on December 15, 1944. He flew the 456^th Bomb Group, 475^th Bomb Squadron and was a “Tail Gunner” aboard a B-24 “Liberator”. He named his 50 caliber machine guns “Fire and Brimstone” I was a commisioned again to do his other Grand father by his Grandson Doug Finfrock.
